The 3Ps: Partners, Pyramids & Possibilities

Last February, Cairo became a hub for an international collaboration as the 5th General Assembly of Pioneer unfolded.

The Pioneer team got together, creating an excellent opportunity to align on key milestones, celebrate progress, and set the stage for what’s next while enjoying Cairo's charm and rich history.

The first day of the meeting was centred around updates on all the project’s work packages and a comprehensive overview of its achievements to date. A standout moment was the visit to EBBAMS’ state-of-the-art facilities, where Consortium members had the opportunity to see cutting-edge innovations in action and gain deeper insight into the local partner’s contributions to the project.

The day concluded on an uplifting note with a social dinner, which offered a relaxed and informal atmosphere for Partners to connect, exchange ideas, and unwind after a productive full day.

The following day featured two interactive sessions dedicated to the Digital Agora and the project's exploitation, respectively. The first workshop, focused on the Digital Agora, offered an excellent overview of the concept itself, while also highlighting the benefits it could offer to partners in promoting their services. During the exploitation session, partners explored innovative strategies to maximise the project's impact while assessing and categorising the project’s solutions. The discussions were lively and insightful, prompting the decision to schedule a follow-up session to finalise the key exploitable results.
