Bridging Materials & Manufacturing: An Open Innovation Platform for Production System Optimisation

In a rapidly changing global market, industries need new strategies to optimise product development in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments.

PIONEER, funded under HORIZON-CL4-2022-RESILIENCE-01-25, develops an open innovation platform and an interoperable digital pipeline that connect materials modelling, simulation-based digital twins and data-driven models with real production data. This integration enables a design-by-simulation optimisation framework to improve efficiency and product quality.

In this final webinar, we will present PIONEER’s main results and their application in two industrial use cases from the Automotive and Construction sectors.

We will also be joined by European associations such as EMMC and EFFRA, as well as our sister projects DiMAT and metaFacturing.
